I. Content
1. We actively look for the products required by the customers and provide samples as per customer request. The sample is free, but the freight is assumed by the customer.
2. We have strong R&D capability and we can develop the whole machine or parts according to the sample or drawing provided by the customer.
3. We promise on-time delivery and guarantee the quality and reliability of the product. The typical production cycle is 45 to 60 days.
4. After the customers receive the products, if they find the parts are damaged, wrong products are sent, or the products are incorrectly assembled, they can contact us and we will promptly contact the factory to resend the parts, or add the parts into the next order, or pay an indemnity based on customer requirements.
5. The warranty period is one year. If the products are unable to work properly within this period, customers can contact us and tell us the product mode, specification, service condition, fault condition, date of purchase, and service requirements. We will try to solve the problem within the shortest possible time.
II. Commitment
1. For the customer sending samples for product development, we will keep it a secret.
2. We will provide samples according to customer requirements and start production after the samples are approved by the customers.
3. After we receive quality information feedback, we will timely clarify responsibility and put forward opinions on handling.
4. Products are packaged according to the requirements of the customers.
5. The purchase of raw material and parts, production, and testing are conducted in strict accordance with ISO9001 and TS16949.

1. Packaging: Neutral or color inner box, outer container, pallet
2. Mode of transportation: Airlift, ocean shipping (DHL, UPS, TNT)
3. MOQ: 20 for parts, 100 for brush holder, 30-50 for starter and alternator
